DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Aloha Water delivers on a 10-business day schedule (with the exception of holidays); please refer to your delivery calendar. All of our delivery drivers deliver in geographical order that best suits the area he is delivering each day. Our drivers run into different obstacles (i.e. traffic accidents, bad weather, heavy traffic, etc.) in their daily endeavor to get our customers their supply of delicious Aloha Water. Unfortunately, this means that our drivers are unable to predict exactly what time they will be at a particular customer. Your patience and understanding is appreciated.

SPECIAL DELIVERY

We offer special deliveries at an additional charge of $15.00. Each customer should keep at least a 14-day supply of water on hand so that special deliveries are not needed. We can not guarantee special deliveries but we will certainly try to accommodate all customers requesting special deliveries.

WILL CALL CUSTOMERS

We do offer a will-call basis to customers who do not rent equipment from us. We are able to provide our will-call customers with a calendar to show them what day we deliver in their area. We ask our will-call customers to call in their order the day before the day we are in their area at 486-3300. We appreciate your cooperation.

BILLING

We mail out a monthly billing statement at the beginning of each month for the previous month. For example you will receive your bill for the month of January in the beginning of February. We strongly encourage you to pay the total amount due on your monthly statement. If you have any questions in reference to your monthly statement, please contact our office at 486-3300. We accept cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).

**We also offer our customers to take advantage of our automatic monthly credit card charge program. Simply call our office and let one of our customer service representatives know that you would like to have your credit card automatically charged each month for you water service.
